Matshepo Lindiwe Mathiba is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and the founder and director of Mathiba M Attorneys Inc. With a strong foundation in commercial law, labour law, estate planning, and general civil litigation, Matshepo brings a balanced and strategic approach to resolving complex legal matters.
She obtained her undergraduate law degree from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Audit, enhancing her capacity to navigate the intersection of law, finance, and investigation.
Before establishing her own firm, Matshepo gained invaluable experience at Legal Aid South Africa, working in the Corporate Legal Department. There, she honed her expertise in criminal and corporate law, areas in which she has specialized for over two years.
